A spiral of puff pastry rolled in two even rolls, pressed together to make their distinctive “Elephant Ears” like shape. Crisp, but light, it crunches perfectly. Ostrovitsky’s hasn’t changed much about this classic, other than to make ours the best in Brooklyn today, and we’d bet even the best ever on Avenue J.
